Shorter is an interstate town in East Alabama on I-85 ideally located between Montgomery AL, and historic Tuskegee, AL. Shorter is a destination stop to Alabama’s beautiful beaches, only a 3.5 hour drive and a 2 hour drive to Atlanta.

Shorter is right in the middle of the Southeast Automotive Corridor and the Industrial Belt about halfway between the Kia and Hyundai automotive plants. Hanon, a Tier One Supplier for Hyundai and Kia, is located in Shorter.
